Roam introduces its new User Level System, a structured progression model designed to enhance user engagement, recognize meaningful contributions, and encourage long-term participation.
User Level System
The User Level System has ten levels, each representing a milestone in user activity and contribution. Progress is measured by Experience Points (XP), which users earn by completing quests in the dedicated XP Quests section within the Roam app.
The system operates on a seasonal structure, with each season lasting 90 days. During the season, users accumulate XP and can claim rewards through the XP Quests section. At the end of each season, all user levels are proportionally reset based on their final tier to maintain competitive balance across the ecosystem. This ensures that every new season begins with a fair starting point while preserving long-term progression incentives.

Level Thresholds
To unlock a new level, users must earn a specified amount of XP within the season, while the Roam App’s visual progress bar helps them track their progress and upcoming milestones. This gradual progression model keeps users motivated over time, encouraging consistent engagement and growth.

Users can easily progress from level Iron up to level Diamond in their first season by completing basic quests. For users looking to quickly boost their level, significant XP can be earned by completing quests such as topping up eSIM data or activating Roam Miners.
