Shipping Policy

Refund and Return Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 365 days from the date of purchase. This warranty is void if the products have been subjected to misuse, abuse, improper application, improper installation, accident, or modification of any kind. Roam is not responsible for any repair or replacement costs in such cases.

Return Policy
Roam will gladly accept returns for a refund within 15 days of the delivery date. A shipping label will be provided for the return.

Refunds
Refunds are only available within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

  • Return items must be in their original box and include all original accessories. Fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, etc.).

  • The refund policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, physical alterations made by the customer, or services performed by anyone other than Roam.

  • Customers must provide a valid Order ID as proof of purchase for returns and refunds.


Return and Replacement Policy
Most purchases from Roam can be returned and exchanged for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Exchanges and Repair
If your product is under warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before sending back the product for repair or exchange. To begin this process, please contact us via Discord, Telegram, or email at the following address: https://weroam.xyz/join_us.html and we'll work with you from there to fix or replace your item.

International Returns
For international returns, Roam will also provide a shipping label to facilitate the return process.
